I know how good your daughter is… I regret I didn’t have the opportunity to practice. I regretted the opportunity to go to worship and not to practice… I missed it. I’m sorry.”.. If the word of this feeling came out of the living, the child would have had a happy heart to think about everything to bring him out to the practice of Dhamma and unleash the knot of the infidelity that has accumulated throughout his life while each other is alive. But when this feeling comes from the deceased, what can he do, and what can he do besides waiting for him? The chance of humanity comes again, and when I come, I don’t know where my life will lead, whether I will live among the morals or be among those who do not believe. When I live, I will ignore one another, and apologize to the death of the flower in front of a coffin. Humans always destroy and abandon the opportunity to do good things. Don’t underestimate the word “chance “… Because once the opportunity has passed, it’s often never coming back. ถ้อยคำจากท่านอาจารย์ . ในช่วงการย่างเข้าสู่ศักราชใหม่ จิตอาจารย์คิดถึงคำ 3 คำนี้ พักนะ.. พอนะ..เริ่มต้นใหม่นะ.. คำว่าพักนะ.. เป็นคำที่มีกระแสของความเมตตาต่อตนเองและผู้อื่น ให้เราได้พักร่างกายและจิตใจ และยังเป็นคำที่เปิดโอกาสให้ได้มอบความสุข ความเบิกบานให้แก่กันและกัน พอนะ.. เป็นคำที่เตือนให้เราหยุดความทะยานอยาก ให้หันมายอมรับในสิ่งที่มี ที่เป็น เริ่มต้นใหม่นะ.. เป็นคำที่เตือนให้ทบทวนชีวิตที่ผ่านมาทั้งปี เพื่อแก้ไข แล้วเริ่มต้นใหม่ รวมถึงอาจทำสิ่งใหม่ๆ ที่มีคุณค่า .. หากไม่มีช่วงเวลาสมมติเช่นนี้ เราคงเหนื่อยมากที่ถูกลากไปลากมาในทะเลชีวิต อาจารย์ได้ทบทวนเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ ในชีวิตเช่นกัน แต่เหตุการณ์แรกที่เข้ามาสู่จิตคือ เรื่องเกี่ยวกับบ้านเมือง จิตไปนึกถึงช่วงเวลาที่มีการเผาบ้านเมืองเมื่อ 9 ปีที่แล้วคือในปี 2553 บ้านเมืองเหมือนลุกเป็นไฟ แล้วมาสู่เหตุการณ์ประท้วงปิดสนามบิน ที่สร้างความตระหนกต่อชะตากรรมของชาติในสายตาของชาวต่างชาติ ตามมาด้วยการชุมนุมประท้วงใหญ่หลายครั้ง จนกลางเมืองกลายเป็นป้อมค่าย เรื่องราวผ่านมาเรื่อยๆโดยมีตัวเราเป็นหนึ่ง ในผู้รับรู้ อยู่ในเหตุการณ์และรับผลนั้นทุกอย่าง มาจนถึงปีที่ในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 สวรรคตในปี 2559 เป็นปีที่น้ำตานองแผ่นดิน ประชาชนใส่เสื้อดำไว้ทุกข์ทั้งปี เรื่องราวที่พระองค์ทรงทำเพื่อแผ่นดินพร่างพรูออกมาทุกช่องทางโดยเฉพาะทางโซเชียลมีเดีย ในห้วงเวลานั้น เหมือนได้อยู่ท่ามกลางดินแดนที่พสกนิกร แสดงออกถึงความรักและเทิดทูนพระมหากษัตริย์ แบบไม่กักใจเอาไว้อีก ผู้ชายร้องไห้ ผู้หญิงหลั่งน้ำตาด้วยความโศกาอาดูร ปริ่มว่าจะขาดใจ .. เหตุการณ์ดำเนินต่อไปและต่อไป มีรัฐบาลใหม่ มีการต่อสู้ครั้งใหม่ นายกหญิงคนแรกของประเทศ ที่เคยเห็นภาพทางบิลบอร์ดลอยฟ้า และรับรู้เรื่องราวทางสื่อทุกสื่อ บัดนี้หนีคดีไปอยู่ต่างประเทศ แต่มีป้ายที่เนื้อหาไม่เคยเนื้อหาถูกถอดลงเลยคือ บิลบอร์ดของโนอิ้ง บุดด้า ใครจะไป ใครจะมา ป้ายนี้ก็ยังตระหง่านยืนหยัดแสดงปณิธานเพื่อการปกป้องพระพุทธศาสนาอยู่เช่นนั้น ไม่เสื่อมคลาย ….

จากแผ่นดินสีหม่น สู่ฟ้าเปลี่ยนสี เรื่องราวต่างๆยังคงดำเนินต่อไปและต่อไปอย่างไม่จบสิ้น คนในเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ ที่กล่าวมา ประสบชะตาชีวิตไปตามที่ได้ก่อกรรมเอาไว้ ติดคุกบ้าง หนีหายไปบ้าง ผู้ที่เคยได้มีอำนาจวาสนาก็หมดอำนาจ คนที่เคยเห็นผ่านสื่อบ่อยๆ ก็หายหน้าไป มีคนใหม่เรื่องใหม่ๆ เข้ามา แล้วก็หายไป บางคนน่าจดจำ บางคนถูกสาปส่ง
เรื่องราวที่ผันผ่านมา เหมือนกลหมากของชีวิต ที่หากเล่นผิดที่ เข้าผิดฝั่ง ชีวิตก็พังทลาย มนุษย์ตกเป็นเหยื่อหมากในกระดานชีวิตของตัวเองแล้ว ยังถูกซ้อนหมากในกระดานของการเมือง การเศรษฐกิจและความเป็นไปของโลก กลายเป็นเกมซ้อนเกม ชีวิตของตนก็ส่วนหนึ่ง แล้วก็ยังเข้าไปเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในชีวิตของคนอื่นๆ ที่ไม่เคยรู้จักเป็นการส่วนตัวด้วยซ้ำ เช่นผู้ที่เข้าไปคอมเม้นท์ร้ายๆ หรือบูลลี่ ในเรื่องราวที่ถูกโพสต์ทางโซเชียลทำให้ก่อกรรมในเรื่องที่ไม่ใช่ของตนเอง กลายเป็นเกมชีวิตซ้อนชีวิต .. นี่คือเรื่องของโลก แล้วเรื่องของเราเองล่ะ เราผ่านอะไรมาบ้าง การได้เรียนรู้นับว่าสำคัญแล้ว แต่สิ่งสำคัญไม่น้อยไปกว่า คือการที่จิตได้สะสมบุญและบาปไว้ต่อสิ่งที่ได้ “กระทำลงไปแล้ว” บุญและบาปสำเร็จแล้ว เรียกคืนไม่ได้ ย้อนไปแก้ไขไม่ได้ หากทำดีก็ดีไป หากทำไม่ดี ก็ย่อมมีวิบากเตรียมตามมาสนอง เหตุผลที่ชีวิตไม่อาจข้ามห้วงน้ำแห่งสังสารวัฏไปได้ ก็เพราะบุคคลมักตกเป็นเหยื่อการกระทำของตนเอง และตกหลุมพรางกระแสของโลก .. ในฐานะวิปัสสนาจารย์ อาจารย์ได้เรียนรู้วิถีการห่ำหั่นของอธรรมะ ที่มีต่อผู้หมายมั่นเป็นผู้ชี้ทางสู่การหลุดพ้นว่า อำมหิตเพียงใด ไม่ได้ด้วยเล่ห์ก็ใช้มนต์ ไม่ใช้มนต์ก็ใช้การปั่น คนนอกทำอะไรไม่ได้ ก็ใช้คนในให้ทำลายกันเอง ดังสนิมที่กัดกร่อนตัวเอง โดยมีจุดหมายคือทำลายและทำลายไม่ให้เหลือ อาจารย์พบว่า ศรัทธาเป็นดาบสองคมต่อผู้ที่ยังไม่สิ้นกิเลสเพราะหากผู้ที่อยู่ในฐานะของการได้รับศรัทธา มีความหลงทะนงตน ก็จะทำให้ตกเป็นเหยื่ออัตตาตนเอง และนำไปสู่การชี้ทางผู้อื่นที่ผิดตลอดสาย และในเมื่อศรัทธาเป็นอริยทรัพย์แรกข้อที่นำไปสู่จุดสูงสุดคือพระนิพพาน ศรัทธาที่มืดบอด ผู้ก็นำไปสู่การติดจมที่ก้นบึ้งของวัฏสงสารเช่นกัน

อาจารย์ยังพบอีกว่า ในวิกฤตนั้นคือโอกาสอันยิ่งใหญ่ที่ทำให้เราได้พบพลังวิเศษที่ซ่อนอยู่ในตัวเอง ดังเช่น วิกฤตธาตุขันธ์ของอาจารย์ ทำให้ศิษย์สามารถละทิ้งบ้านเรือนที่ไม่เคยคิดว่า ชีวิตนี้จะออกไปบำเพ็ญได้เป็นแรมเดือน จากไม่กล้าแม้แต่จะออกปาก ขอคนที่บ้านไปไหนนานๆ ด้วยซ้ำ แต่วิกฤตนี้นำมาสู่การยอมเผชิญกับทุกอย่าง ยอมอดทนกับทุกสิ่ง เพื่อทำในสิ่งที่เชื่อ ที่รัก และศรัทธา ทั้งยังเป็นการทำด้วยพลังกตัญญูอันสูงส่ง

อาจารย์พบว่า สิ่งที่อาจารย์ทุ่มเทให้แก่ศิษย์นั้นไม่สูญเปล่า เพราะในท้ายที่สุดศิษย์ได้ค้นพบพลังธรรมที่ยิ่งใหญ่ในตนเอง
..
ในช่วง 1 ปีที่ผ่านมา หรืออาจเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ย้อนไปไกลกว่านั้น บางคนได้รู้จักตัวเองดียิ่งขึ้น บางคนได้พบว่าตนเคยมีอดีตชาติเป็นนักฆ่า ฆ่าคนได้อย่างเลือดเย็น บางคนอาจพบความผิดหวังหรือสูญเสียอย่างใหญ่หลวง ..ไม่ว่าชีวิตจะพบพานกับเรื่องราวใดๆ มาบ้าง อยู่ท่ามกลางมรสุม ยิ้มรับความสำเร็จ หรือยืนรับคำสรรเสริญในคุณงามความดี ทั้งในวันดีและวันร้าย ทุกข์และสุข These too.. will pass สิ่งนี้ก็จะผ่านไป..
ในสิ่งที่ใจยึดมั่นไว้ ไม่เคยมีสิ่งใดที่เราสูญเสียหรือได้มาอย่างแท้จริงเลย เพราะทุกสิ่งในโลกมายานั้น ไม่เคยตั้งอยู่ได้อย่างถาวร สักวันนึงสิ่งนี้จะผ่านไป
เรามาในโลกนี้ด้วยมือเปล่า
ท้ายที่สุดเราจะต้องจากโลกนี้ไปมือเปล่าเช่นกัน
สิ่งใดที่ยึดถือครอบครองในใจ ล้วนเป็นโซ่ตรวนให้ใจติดกับดักของวัฏสงสารทั้งสิ้น อย่าเพิ่มโซ่แห่งทุกข์ให้แก่ตนเองนัก มองโลกให้เหมือนเกม ที่ย่อมมีวันที่เราชนะบ้าง แพ้บ้าง ตราบใดที่ยังไม่ลงไปนอนน๊อคอยู่กับพื้น เราจะมีวันลุกขึ้นมาใหม่ได้เสมอ เมื่อออกจากเกมยังไม่ได้ จงเล่นต่อไปด้วยใจที่ฉลาดขึ้น

ขอให้ทุกเหตุการณ์ต่างๆในชีวิตทำให้เรามีปัญญาแจ้งขึ้น เก่งขึ้น เข้มแข็งขึ้น และมีพลังต่อสู้กับกิเลสในใจมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอให้สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในชีวิต ทั้งในระยะไกล ใกล้ ระยะคลุกวงใน หรือระยะที่คลุกลงไปแม้ในความฝัน สอนเราไม่ให้ติดกับดักอารมณ์ของตนเอง หากยังคงต้องทำสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใดตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ ขอให้การกระทำนั้น เป็นไปเพื่อการเกื้อกูลตนเองและผู้อื่น มิใช่เป็นไปเพื่อนำไปสู่ความยึดมั่นถือมั่นที่เหนียวแน่นกว่าเดิม

ถอยไปมองชีวิตให้ดี ยิ่งถอยไปไกลได้เท่าไหร่ก็ยิ่งดี เพราะจะทำให้เห็นว่า ชีวิตเราผ่านอะไรมาบ้าง ได้เรียนรู้อะไรบ้าง และหลงทางไปไกลจากฝั่งพระนิพพานเพียงใด ทบทวนเพื่อให้พบว่า สิ่งใดที่ต้องแก้ไข และสิ่งใดที่ต้องรักษา และสิ่งใดที่ต้องทำให้ยิ่งๆ ขึ้นไป อาจารย์เข้ามาสู่การปฏิบัติธรรมจนเป็นอาจารย์ของท่าน ก็เกิดจากการทบทวน ความไม่ดีของตัวเอง นอกจากนี้ ขอให้เราได้ทบทวนไปถึงหน้าที่ในชีวิตในหลากหลายบทบาทว่า เราทำหน้าที่สมบูรณ์เพียงใด ทั้งหน้าที่ในฐานะบุพการี ในฐานะบุตร ทบทวนหน้าที่ต่อครอบครัว ต่อการงาน หน้าที่ในความเป็นศิษย์ที่ได้รับพลังธรรมไป หน้าที่ต่อส่วนรวม และที่สำคัญคือหน้าที่ต่อการยกจิตตนให้พ้นจากวงจรแห่งทุกข์ ทบทวนดูว่า เราได้ย่อหย่อนหรือบกพร่องต่อหน้าที่ใดไปหรือไม่ เราเอียง เราอ้าง เราย่อหย่อนผลัดผ่อนไปวันๆ หรือขาดความสมดุลไปหรือไม่อย่างไร
มีใครบางคนรู้สึกว่าถูกทอดทิ้งจากความเอียงของเรา หรือ เรากำลังเดินทางห่างจากฝั่งพระนิพพานไปไกลเพียงใด .. การมีลมหายใจอยู่ คือการมีโอกาสได้แก้ไข การมีลมหายใจอยู่ คือโอกาสได้สร้างบารมี อย่าให้โอกาสผ่านเลยไป เพราะเมื่อโอกาสผ่านไปแล้ว อาจต้องใช้เวลายาวนานมาก หลายเดือนหลายปี ไปจนหลายอสงไขย์เลยก็ได้ ผู้ที่จะรู้คุณค่าของโอกาสได้ดีที่สุด คือผู้ที่สูญเสียโอกาสนั้นไปแล้ว ดังตัวอย่างของจิตวิญญาณดวงนึงที่จะเล่าให้ฟังต่อไปนี้… หลายครั้งในขณะที่สอบอารมณ์ อาจารย์ได้สัมผัสความรู้สึกของผู้ที่ตายไปแล้ว ให้ช่วยถ่ายทอดแก่ผู้ที่เขาอยากให้รับรู้ ซึ่งกำลังมาปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากับอาจารย์ โดยครั้งนึง กระแสอารมณ์และความรู้สึกของบิดาศิษย์ที่เพิ่งตายไป ได้เข้ามาสู่จิตเมื่ออาจารย์เปิดโอกาสถามถึง จิตวิญญาณผู้นี้เป็นผู้ใหญ่ เป็นคนไทยเชื้อสายจีน ในสมัยที่มีชีวิตอยู่เป็นผู้มีศีลธรรม เป็นผู้มีศรัทธาแต่ไม่ยอมออกปฏิบัติธรรม ได้แต่หยุดอยู่แค่การทำบุญ ไปฟังธรรมกราบไหว้ปรนิบัติพระอรหันต์ตามกาลเท่านั้น เมื่อตายไปสู่ปรโลกแล้ว เขาจึงรู้สึกเสียดายโอกาสยิ่งนัก ที่ในวันที่มีชีวิตอยู่ กลับไม่คิดออกจากบ้านเพื่อบำเพ็ญให้พ้นทุกข์ ได้แต่จมอยู่กับการทำมาหาเลี้ยงชีพ ปกติแล้วครอบครัวเชื้อสายจีนอยากมีแต่ลูกชาย เมื่อมีลูกสาวก็มักแสดงความผิดหวัง โดยไม่คิดว่าผู้เป็นลูกจะต้องแบกรับน้ำหนักความผิดหวังของผู้เป็นพ่อ จนสะสมเป็นความน้อยเนื้อต่ำใจเพียงใด ..
(5) ในวันที่เหลือแต่ดวงวิญญาณ จิตของเขามาพร่ำบอกแก่ลูกสาวที่ขณะที่กำลังนั่งสอบอารมณ์เบื้องหน้าอาจารย์ว่า.. “อย่ารู้สึกน้อยใจไปเลย พ่อภูมิใจในตัวลูก พ่อรักลูก พ่อรู้แล้วว่าลูกสาวนั้นดีอย่างไร …พ่อเสียดายที่ไม่มีโอกาสได้ปฏิบัติธรรม พ่อเสียดายโอกาสที่ได้แต่ไปไหว้พระ แต่ไม่ยอมออกปฏิบัติ…พ่อพลาดไปแล้ว..พ่อเสียดายๆ..” .. หากคำแห่งความรู้สึกนี้ ออกมาจากผู้ที่ยังมีชีวิตอยู่ ลูกคงมีหัวใจเบิกบานยินดีคิดตระเตรียมทุกอย่าง เพื่อพาพ่อออกปฏิบัติธรรม และยังได้ปลดปล่อยปมแห่งความน้อยใจที่สะสมมาทั้งชีวิต ในขณะที่ต่างฝ่ายยังมีชีวิตอยู่ แต่เมื่อความรู้สึกนี้มาจากผู้วายชนม์แล้วจะทำอะไรได้ อีกทั้งผู้วายชนม์เองจะทำอะไรได้ นอกจากรอให้โอกาสได้ความเป็นมนุษย์มาถึงอีกครั้ง และเมื่อมาโอกาสมาถึงแล้วก็ไม่รู้ว่าบุพกรรมที่สะสมมาจะนำพาชีวิตไปสู่จุดใด จะได้อยู่ท่ามกลางผู้มีศีลมีธรรมหรือไม่ หรือตกไปอยู่ในหมู่ของผู้ไม่มีศรัทธา เวลามีชีวิตอยู่ก็เมินต่อกัน ต่อเมื่อตายแล้วค่อยมาขอโทษกัน การมอบดอกไม้ให้กันหน้าโลงศพ สิ่งนี้จะทำอะไรได้…. มนุษย์ มักทำลายและทอดทิ้งโอกาสในการทำสิ่งที่ดีงามต่อกันเสมอ อย่าดูแคลนคำว่า โอกาส… เพราะเมื่อโอกาสผ่านไปแล้ว บ่อยครั้งที่โอกาสนั้นไม่หวนกลับมาอีกเลย .. อาจารย์เขียนคำสอนนี้ให้แก่ผู้ที่ยังมีลมหายใจอ่านทั้งสิ้น และทุกท่านคือผู้ที่กำโอกาสอยู่ในมือ แม้ในบางอารมณ์ อาจมีบ้างที่ไผล่คิดไปว่าชีวิตของตนไม่ดีพอ ต้องประสบกับสิ่งที่ไม่สมหวังเป็นอันมาก อย่าปล่อยให้จิตจมอยู่ในอารมณ์นั้น ที่สำคัญอย่าเสียศรัทธากับการมีชีวิต เพราะอีกไม่นานเท่าไหร่ ทุกอย่างก็จะผ่านไป รวมถึงการมีชีวิตของตนเอง ใช้ความเป็นมนุษย์ผู้สามารถหลุดพ้นได้ สร้างโอกาสใหม่ขึ้นมา สร้างอย่างมีสติและมีธรรมกำกับ อยู่กับทุกขณะ อยู่ด้วยใจที่มั่นในความดี สิ่งใดที่ทำได้ไม่เต็มที่ ทำใหม่ให้เต็มที่ สิ่งใดที่พร่องไป เติมใหม่ให้เต็ม อยู่เพื่อตนเองและแบ่งปันคุณค่าในชีวิตให้แก่ผู้อื่น .. .. ใกล้ปีใหม่แล้ว พักบ้างนะ พอนะ และท้ายที่สุดเตรียมเคาน์ดาวน์เพื่อเริ่มต้นใหม่นะ 10.. 9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1.
