Techovipassana Meditation Center is located at Song Khon, Kaeng Khoi District, Saraburi Province established by Master Acharavadee Wongsakon,  the author of the book “Awakened from Madness and Top Ideas in Buddhism

The first meditation course began on 25th January 2011. Over 130 meditation courses  had been organized without any charge during the past 7 years, attended by over 7,000 Thai and foreign meditators both ascetics and laypeopleTechovipassana is insight meditation practice based on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, namely; mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of feelings, mindfulness of consciousness and mindfulness of Dhamma. With persevered practice to burn impurities and neutralize the mind to move forward to the enlightenment Techovipassana comes from Techo + Vipassana It is a technique in vipassana meditation practice directly approaching the words “atapi sampajano satima” which mean “Keep persevering, and burning impurities” Meditators will be trained to live in a non-worldly way of life staying in solitude, under intensive, firm and stringent way of living amid the peaceful nature, suitable for mental development

They will be trained to be mindful with consciousness and sharp awareness in all manners Practice in silence and no contact with outside worldThe practicing period is 7 days Daily program throughout 7 days starts from 04.30 am to 09.00 pm Sitting meditation for 9 hours and walking meditation for 1 hour every dayListening to Dhamma teaching and praying for 1.5 hours Meditators shall keep Five and Eight Precepts Prior to attending Techovipassana course,attendants are required to practice in a 4 days/3 nights  Anapanasati meditation course in this center Techovipassana Dhamma Path reveres Venerable Monk Somdej Puttajarn Toh Prommarangsri as the principal of the Path with Master Acharavadee Wongsakon as Vipassana Master Techovipassana Dhamma Center has established the Buddha’s statue “Phra Maha Mongkol Bodhiyana” to pay homage with high gratitude in the great kindness of the Buddha Techovipassana Dhamma path had organized the activity “Meditation  for the Country” to express gratefulness to the nation, the religion and the monarch
