There was a gloomy person who came to ask about his inability to stop thinking about negative things. He kept worrying about anticipation and thinks in circles on things that make him upset. The more he thinks the more he couldn’t stop, leading to paranoia.
I told him this condition happened because the mind hasn’t been trained and not yet understood about the energy field.

This world is an energy field as well as the mind. When we let the mind open or send frequency waves into negative flow consistently, this wave will be pulled by the magnetic waves causing connection of other negative flow darting into clusters. The same as thinking in circles or having ill thoughts, the main ill thoughts become a bridge connecting other matter into the mind causing a heavy grief and is difficult to escape from this frequency, if we don’t learn how to let go.

Being pessimistic, not only can lead to meeting unfavorable people but may also push oneself into difficult situations. The same as when thinking positively, although facing unfavorable matters, if one tries to think contrastingly that no matter how things in life are, be it good or bad, all are the test for the mind. Then it will bring in positive power into the mind. Not only to prevent the mind from paranoia, the mind wave that we have exported, will bring good matters or people into life since it is drawing in the same type of frequency wave. For example, when writing or sending positive messages to the world, people who came to read would feel calm and not upset.

This is also caused by the power of positive thinking and the understanding of being in the energy field. In order to achieve this, one needs to persevere training the mind as a habit. If we want to change life seriously, we need to be determined to sincerely correct it.

The way to prevent the mind from being mournful, one needs to train mindfulness in every action along with consciousness and know clearly. When knowing clearly it will lead to the realization of what’s coming to impact the mind. The mind will know quickly that this is the kilesa. When the mind refrained from responding to illusions only knows there is anger, unsatisfaction, jealousy and only knows without adding more feelings to become emotion. Soon all these thoughts will disappear because it is the energy wave that does not last for long.
